I've always loved this song. I didn't realize that Kirsty died several years ago by drowning until my husband just told me. How sad, yet what a nice tribute to her on this St. Paddy's day. Thanks for sharing.
one of the saddest, most beautiful songs i've ever heard. i also have a version of the irish tenors performing it that is good, but not pogues good.
