Van Morrison Is Singing "Into The Mystic" To Me...

...because I am sick and good Van Morrison songs always go a long way in making me feel better.

What songs do you turn to when you are not feeling as you should?

In answer to your question:

When I just want to get my mind off it, I listen to Blind Melon's self titled and let myself get lost in Shannon's voice.

When I'm sure I'm never going to feel better again and I just want to hurry up and die, already, I'm very specific... I loop "Suicidal Dream" from Silver Chair's Frog Stomp disc.

When I'm at that point where I'm not quite better yet, but I'm on the mend and anxious to speed up the process, I put on Green Day, any Green Day will do. :)

Music is my tonic of choice.

There are a lot of Van Morrison songs for all kinds of mood.
I think they were all better than wich kind of medicine there is.

Take also a look at my Dutch Van Morrison web-log. I hope you will understand the Dutch language very well! (hahaha)

All the best!
