From the New York Times:
When she’s not on the road, a typical Friday night for Lynne means having some friends over for a bottle of wine and playing records, just as the family used to do in Alabama. “I don’t have an iPod,” she said. “I have a computer that I turn on occasionally. I still have all my vinyl. Sissy” — her nickname for Moorer, who lives in New York with her husband, the alt-country singer Steve Earle — “says she has no room in her apartment for records, but I’d keep mine even if I had to sleep on them. You can’t roll a joint on an iPod.”

Well, no you can't, but I do still have some dark colored CD jewel cases from the late `80's with some suspicious razor blade marks on them.
I thought that was a pretty good article.
I have just the most important albums still on vinyl. Got tired of moving them.
I didn't know Alison and Steve were married ...
I loved this article.
I didn't know that Steve and Alison were married either. Or that Steve lived in New York.
Michael, you'd love David Lynch's attitude about the iPod here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKiIroiCvZ0
Christian: Thanks for that. That's hilarious and I totally agree with him.
This is a riot. The David Lynch video is perfection. (thx brittney, christian)
Hello all,
I would just like to inform you all that you are able to listen to your classic Vinyl Records, even if you have to keep the bulk in storage. I am talking about USB turntables that allow you to take that vintage sound, and change it to digital form. Stop by and check it out.
Always,
AMS
