That's an excellent clip. The reasons he states about why he is against the death penalty are identical to why I made the decision to oppose it: the poor do not get appropriate representation, leading to the chance of an innocent person being put to death for a crime they did not commit, and botched executions.
It would seem that there is a better way to punish this country's criminals.
